1994 Rocco Siffredi Ita Patched | Tarzan X

Joe D'Amato was already a legendary mainstream cult director in Italy, famous for his horror, exploitation, and spaghetti western films before transitioning fully into adult cinema. His technical skill with lighting and framing set Tarzan X apart from its contemporary competitors.

Tarzan X: Shame of Jane is a 1994 adult adventure-drama directed by Joe D'Amato tarzan x 1994 rocco siffredi ita

The film’s soundtrack was composed by Piero Montanari, a frequent collaborator of D'Amato. Joe D'Amato was already a legendary mainstream cult

: The film was part of a wave of big-budget adult features in the mid-90s that attempted to blend high production values (jungle locations, costumes) with adult content. Modern Dramatization : The film was part of a wave

Convinced that Tarzan deserves to see the world beyond the jungle, Jane brings him back to her homeland, the "civilized" . This fish-out-of-water segment forms the second act of the film, full of comedic and cultural contrasts. Tarzan, the master of the jungle, is utterly alienated by the stiffness of high society. The plot thickens as Jane's female cousins and the household servants find themselves equally intrigued by the handsome, virile stranger, leading to more sexual escapades. However, ultimately, Tarzan grows weary of the restrictive mores of modern life. Longing for the freedom of the wild, he decides to leave Jane and return to his jungle home—the only place he truly belongs.

Today, the film is viewed by cult cinema scholars as an artifact of a bygone era—a time when the line between mainstream exploitation cinema and explicit adult entertainment was incredibly thin, driven by the technical ambition of directors like Joe D'Amato and the star power of figures like Rocco Siffredi.
