In her seminal text on the Trilateral Commission, Avramov bridges the gap between public international law and deep political analysis. Rather than relying on standard sensationalism, she examines the institutional design, founding papers, and economic philosophies driving elite global organizations. The book's central argument is encapsulated in its subtitle: svetska vlada ili svetska tiranija? (World Government or World Tyranny?). Avramov presents the Trilateral Commission not as a benign discussion forum, but as an elite-driven mechanism pushing for a centralized world government, one she viewed as a potential tyranny. She meticulously (and from her perspective, forensically) lays out a case, claiming that the Commission, alongside other groups like the Bilderberg Group and the Council on Foreign Relations, actively works to consolidate and control four centers of power: political, monetary, intellectual, and spiritual, all in the interest of creating a more peaceful, yet globally controlled, community.
